- Provisional Admission Letter (if applicable).
- 10th Certificate / DMC (Detailed Marks Card)/ Both (wherever applicable).
- 10+2 Certificate / Diploma Certificate /DMC (Detailed Marks Card)/ Both (wherever applicable).
- Migration Certificate.
- Character Certificate from the last School/College attended.
- Category Certificate (if any reservation).
- PAT Admit Card.
- PAT Result Card.
- Proof of Depositing Counseling Fee.
- Gap Year Certificate (if any).
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Physically Handicap Certificate (if applicable).
- Passport Size Photograph of Candidate (05 Color and 02 Black & White).
- Passport Size Photograph of Mother & Father (one each) and Photo Copy of Ration Card with Family Photo (wherever applicable).
- Residence Certificate.
- Anti Ragging , affidavit both by the candidate and Parents.
- Bonafied /Domicile Certificate.
All original documents (for verification) along with three set of attested photocopy are to be submitted at the time of admission.

- 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject and any one of these optional:
- Biology
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Bio-technology
- For B.Phrma - Entrance test conducted by H.P. Technical University, Hamirpur.
For M.Pharma
Must have passed B.Pharmacy from any recoganized University with at least 50% marks for general categroy (45% for reserve category)
The admission to this course shall be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations i.e. 10 +2. There will be no separate entrance Test. For resolving a tie for admission the candidate having higher aggregate marks in the Matriculation and 10+2 taken together shall be admitted first. If the tie is not resolved, the candidate senior in age shall be admitted first. The candidate having any grievance relating to admission matters my appeal to the Director of the Institute. Enclosures in the form of documents attached with the application form shall have to be denoted.
For MBA
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST) from a University established by law in India. Qualifying AIMAT or CMAT or HPCET exam conducted by H.P. Technical University is essential.
HPCET - Compulsory Entrance test conducted by the HP Technical Univ. Hamirpur for MBA.
For BBA
Candidate who have passed 10+2 from HP Board/CBSE/ICSE or any other examination considered equivalent to 10+2 By HP Univ. Shimla with 45% marks(40% for SC/ST) shall be eligible.
For BCA
Candidate who have passed 10+2 from HP Board/CBSE/ICSE or any other examination considered equivalent to 10+2 By HP Univ. Shimla with 40% marks(35% for SC/ST) shall be eligible.
Maximum age limit for admission to BBA/BCA course is 21 years for Gen. Category, 24 Years for SC/ST and 23 years for girls candidate, as on the 1st July of year concerned. The Vice Chancellor may permit age relaxation up to max. of 3 months.
The allotment of the college will be done by the H.P. University and based on merit-cum-preference.
Minimum qualification for admission is 10+2 in any Stream (Minimum 45% for SC/ST Candidates and 50% for General Candidates)
